We work with individuals, couples, and families who are facing the everyday challenges of life—things like anxiety, depression, relationship stress, parenting concerns, and major life changes. No two people are the same, and therapy here is shaped around what you need, at your pace.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting. Our collaborative approach offers a supportive space to talk things through, make sense of what’s coming up, and build tools that help you move forward feeling more grounded, confident, and supported.

all ages, all stages.

Children

Children experience and express emotions differently than adults. Our therapy services are designed to meet children where they are, using approaches that feel safe, engaging, and appropriate for their developmental stage. We support children navigating trauma, life changes, behavioral and everyday developmental challenges that arise as children grow.

Families and Couples

We provide a supportive setting for families and couples to work through challenges, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. Care may include full family sessions as well as individual parent sessions, when appropriate, to support caregivers in building skills, gaining perspective, and navigating parenting concerns with confidence.

Teens

The “teen” years are a critical time of emotional, social, and cognitive development. Teen therapy is designed to support growth, resilience, and skill-building while respecting each teen’s developmental stage and increasing independence. We work with teens navigating anxiety, mood changes, peer relationships, bullying, academic pressure, family transitions, and the challenges of moving toward young adulthood.

Adults

We support individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, Perinatal Mental Health Disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, divorce, career struggles, or the lasting impact of childhood trauma. Our approach is collaborative and strengths-based, offering support through both immediate stressors and longer-term patterns that affect daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.

Walk and Talk Therapy along Conway’s Riverwalk

Great for teens, moms with their babies, or anyone who feels like they can benefit from movement. Movement-based therapy offers an alternative to traditional office sessions by incorporating gentle movement into the therapeutic process. Walk-and-talk sessions can support emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and make conversations feel more natural and less intimidating for some clients.
